Project Manager | Sports Entertainment Innovator | Edinburgh or Glasgow

Our client, one of the best known and highly regarded company’s within the Sports Entertainment Industry, are currently recruiting a Project Manager to join their growing team in Edinburgh or Glasgow.

 

Working directly with engineers as well as the wider company, you will deliver exciting and innovative entertainment products and will coach teams to optimise delivery. You will have a collaborative leadership style, building strong relationships with people to facilitate a culture of trust.

 

As a Project Manager, you will take ownership of the project management of our next generation of games.  Working as part of a multi-skilled team (including engineers, designers, product managers).  Coordinating geographically dispersed teams.  Building and coaching teams as well as individuals.  Creating and maintaining team roadmaps and backlogs with product managers.  Working with stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure clear and precise delivery of products to market.  Be trusted to use whatever project management tools are appropriate for the situation.

  • Organised and transparent with regards to plans, milestones and deliverables
  • Good relationship manager and negotiator, able to build agreements with business stakeholders
  • Advocates an environment where the right decisions are made through consensus
