Digital Performance Manager
Our client a leader within the online gaming sector is looking for a Digital Performance Manager to join their growing team in Australia.

Develop and oversee the implementation of all product digital media strategies.
Manage and educate Digital Performance Exec – Partnerships, Digital Performance Exec – Biddable, Digital Marketing Assistant and Digital Marketing Co-ordinator to deliver channel insights, optimisations and performance through media partners.
Manage agency relationships between OMD and Atomic 212 to deliver a holistically optimised digital media team.
Facilitate the growth of all paid digital media channels for all brands across:
Paid Social Media
Demand Side Publishers
Create and oversee the execution of the company Acquisition strategy.
Work with Digital, Owned and Product teams to provide marketing insights in order to improve site and marketing conversion.
Support third partner media agency in the creation of a holistic Data Management Platform that encompasses both 1 to 1 marketing and CRM tailored advertising.
Effective understanding of vendor technical requirements across analytics, publisher tracking and DSP solutions.
Supporting the marketing assistant on briefing, critiquing and collation of design briefs from start to finish of the process.
Educate the broader business units across digital marketing as well as digital performance to ensure the business is up to speed with the constantly evolving landscape.
Managing third party business ventures across a global remit in order to facilitate the introduction of new technology across the marketing team.
Measures of Performance:
Meeting of agreed KPIs for delivery of channel performance.
Growth and development of team both in knowledge and skill set.
Attention to detail when implementing or making changes to the assigned Digital Channels.
Leading the Digital Performance team to deliver all activation’s completed in a timely manner.
Timely notification of programs and plans to stakeholders and partners. This will include KPI setting across both internal Performance team and wider agency account teams.
A passion to become a great marketer and deliver amazing strategies that deliver awesome results.

Good knowledge of racing and sports betting industry.
Qualifications & Experience:
Degree in either Marketing, Commerce or Communications
Minimum 5-7 years’ digital experience on either client or agency side
Experience of Affiliate Marketing and Display Media advertising.
Exposure to Digital reporting platforms, Google Analytics and Adwords.
Exposure to paid social media and social media platforms for acquisition.
Exposure to digital marketing channels, such as; SEO, Affiliates, display advertising, CRM/eMail marketing and Social Media is highly valued.
High-level written and oral communication skills, particularly copywriting
Demonstrated organisational skills and formal communication skills with exemplary writing and grammatical skills
Strong knowledge of racing and sports industries.
