Digital Performance Executive – Partnerships
Our client a leader within the online gaming sector is looking for a Digital Performance Executive to join their growing team in Australia.

Assist the Digital Performance Manager in executing of the annual customer acquisition strategy for the companies wagering brands.
Manage channel reporting for designated channels.
Oversee and manage the day to day running of the affiliate program across the myaffiliates platform.
Work closely with our media agency, OMD to help manage and optimise our current sponsored placements across an array of networks.
Work with internal stakeholders to support on the implementation and execution of strategic partner networks across national regions.
Working in partnership with the creative services resource to deliver display sponsorship media and affiliate assets for designated channels.
Supporting the marketing assistant on briefing, critiquing and collation of design briefs from start to finish of the process.
Updating of Affiliate and promotional landing pages in order to facilitate offer and content changes.
Utilise DoubleClick For Advertisers to drive increased performance across all campaigns and projects all media sponsored places.
Work closely with Marketing Comms Managers to understand their requirements in delivering the correct media to market.
Help to implement the latest tracking and technology requirements in order to deliver greater performance across sponsored media placements.
Other duties as required to learn and grow.
Measures of Performance:
Meeting of agreed KPIs for delivery of channel performance.
Tasks completed within the agreed time frame.
Attention to detail when implementing or making changes to the assigned Digital Channels.
All activations completed in a timely manner.
Timely notification of programs and plans to stakeholders and partners.
A passion to become a great marketer and deliver amazing strategies that deliver awesome results.
An individual who is not threatened to challenging convention to pursue new ideas.
Can work under pressure, pick things up fast and deliver to strict deadlines.

Communications and organisational skills to facilitate the management of:
All marketing campaigns
Maintaining quality control
Ensuring all opportunities are utilised
Effective delegation and communication with OMD
Good knowledge of racing and sports betting industry.
Qualifications & Experience:
Degree in either Marketing, Commerce or Communications
Minimum 2-3 years’ digital experience on either client or agency side
Experience of Affiliate Marketing and Display Media advertising.
Exposure to Digital reporting platforms, Google Analytics and Adwords.
Exposure to paid social media and social media platforms for acquisition.
Exposure to digital marketing channels, such as; SEO, Affiliates, display advertising, CRM/eMail marketing and Social Media is highly valued.
High-level written and oral communication skills, particularly copywriting
Demonstrated organisational skills and formal communication skills with exemplary writing and grammatical skills
Strong knowledge of racing and sports industries.
